Department of Computer Technology Engineering

The Department of Computer Technology Engineering was established in two branches, computer communications networks and computer electronics in 2012. The department sought to be at the lead position in the fields of technologies engineering Computer through the development of the capacity and scientific expertise of students. The department seeks to prepare geometric cadres capable of providing consultation for the government and private sector.

Message

(1) Preparation and graduation of geometrical cadres with high efficiency and skills qualify them to engage in the labor market.
(2) Attention to raise the level of geometrical and technical for students and work to use the best and advanced scientific methods in theoretical and applicable education.
(3) The department supports scientific research that could contribute to finding appropriate solutions to the problems of computer technologies.
(4) The concern of the department to participate in the scientific and international activities, in order to raise scientific and technical levels for students and teaching cadres.
(5) The department concerns by quality standards, and seeks to assess performance by working to raise the scientific level of students and a teaching staff.

Objectives

(1) The department concerns with technological and practical specialties and adopting sophisticated education methods to be paid with the needs of the labor market.
(2) Support scientific research and innovations and participate in scientific conferences to raise the scientific efficiency of students and teaching staff. Also, the pursuit of scientific cooperation with scientific departments in other colleges and joint research between teaching cadres in these departments.
(3) Attention to student activities and to promote students to exercise these activities to develop their intellectual, educational and scientific capabilities.
(4) Communicate with the graduates of the department through social communication methods, establish courses and scientific seminars, in order to develop their scientific capabilities.
